Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

• Applications must be submitted and received by 11:59pm CST on September 30, 2026
• Chosen recipient to be selected at the discretion of Premier South LLC and will be announced October 5, 2026
• Applicants must be 18 years old & homeowner of the property where roof is to be installed.
• Applicants must reside within Premier South LLC’s service areas.
• Only completed entry forms will be valid.
• Selected recipient agrees to a public announcement which may include video, photographs, and/or a brief interview to be shared on social media pages.
• Selected recipient will receive one residential roof replacement from Premier South LLC (not to exceed $18,000 in value).
• Selected recipient will be required to sign applicable release forms associated with accepting roof donation.
