We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Sales Estimator, Supplement team, and Scheduling department to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Roofing and related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all
    project requirements are met
  • Prepare work orders, Inspection reports and estimates for Roofing projects
  • Serve as the customer facing intermediary between our team of estimators/sales and
    our production team
  • Ensure seamless communication in CRM software throughout construction to ensure
    successful completion and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Work with suppliers and subcontractors to procure materials and services needed for
    projects.

Requirements:

  • Xactimate experience
  • Knowledge of Shingle and Metal Manufacturer products and warranties (Preferred)

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Residential Roofing Sales Estimator to join our team. As a Roofing Estimator, you will work with clients to assist with all residential roofing needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through CRM platform
  • Lead generation through door to door sales and networking referral sources
  • Schedule and conduct multiple roof inspections daily
  • Diagnose and document damage(reports, photos, etc.)
  • Present estimates to clients
  • Meet and conduct inspections
  • Estimate and bid jobs in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Sales Manager and assigned Project Coordinator
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to drive company growth

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and determined Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will work with our crews, estimators and production team to ensure that the installation runs smoothly and all safety protocols are followed.

Currently hiring for the following areas:

  • Baton Rouge

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report crews daily production
  • Monitor crew safety practices and ensure crews are following company safety program
  • Perform quality control checks
  • Perform minor roofing repairs
  • Deliver roofing materials as needed
  • Occasionally pull trailers as needed
  • Help coordinate logistics on extra materials needed and leftover materials when job is
    completed
  • Address any questions or concerns customer may have during duration of construction
  • Ensure job sites are clean and free of debris during and after construction
  • Work closely with Estimator and Production team
  • Track and update shop Inventory (Baton Rouge location)

Requirements:

  • Preferred experience in Fortified Roof installation
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and operate equipment safely, up to 80lbs.
    Ability to climb roofs is a must.
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid and clean driver’s license (required)
  • Must be Bilingual – English and Spanish

Salary Information:

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Pay: $42,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to confidently use Microsoft Office. (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Be able to confidently read architectural plans and specifications in order to identify multiple types of roofing scopes of work.
  • Be able to confidently perform a takeoff and put roofing estimates together by identifying exact materials needed for each type of system.
  • Manage/create new relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Be able to put submittal packages together for GC and architect review.

Requirements:

  • Critical thinking skills
  • Roofing system knowledge/Roofing install knowledge
