Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Sales Estimator, Supplement team, and Scheduling department to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Roofing and related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all
project requirements are met - Prepare work orders, Inspection reports and estimates for Roofing projects
- Review Insurance Claim Paperwork and communicate scope of project to production
and the customer - Serve as the customer facing intermediary between our team of estimators/sales and
our production team - Ensure seamless communication in CRM software throughout construction to ensure
successful completion and customer satisfaction - Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to procure materials and services needed for
projects.
Requirements:
- Xactimate experience
Experience in Insurance claims, project management/coordination, preferably in the
roofing or construction industry. - Knowledge of Shingle and Metal Manufacturer products and warranties (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Willingness to learn

Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Residential Roofing Sales Estimator to join our team. As a Roofing Estimator, you will work with clients to assist with all residential roofing needs.
Currently hiring for the following areas:
- Baton Rouge
- Covington
- New Orleans
- Lafayette
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through CRM platform
- Lead generation through door to door sales and networking referral sources
- Schedule and conduct multiple roof inspections daily
- Diagnose and document damage(reports, photos, etc.)
- Present estimates to clients
- Meet and conduct inspections with Insurance companies and private adjusters
- Estimate and bid jobs in a timely manner
- Educate customers regarding the insurance process
- Work closely with Sales Manager and assigned Project Coordinator
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive company growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance adjusting and/or roofing
- Prior experience in sales preferred
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to climb roofs
- Knowledge of Shingle and Metal Manufacturer products and warranties
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
Salary Information:
- Base pay, plus commission
